TSA fees & expenses
We offer a range of accessibility consulting services including plan reviews, inspections, and site assessments.
Our fees are based on the estimated construction cost, with travel expenses applied as needed depending on project county. We also offer project registration with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) for a flat fee of $200, which includes the $175 TDLR filing fee and a $25 administrative fee.
